A message from the Secretariat during the Covid19 pandemic
Dear friends of the Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe programme
We are all by now aware of the significant changes and challenges that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought to our everyday life and work, our personal and professional lives, our families, colleagues and friends, across all our Council of Europe member States and the world. Like you, the Secretariat of the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes, the European Institute of Cultural Routes and our Cultural Routes have been adjusting while continuing to work under these exceptional circumstances. We wish you and yours to stay healthy and safe during this difficult time, hoping to see you soon along the Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe.
