The first PSS workshop took place from 5-7 May 2014 in Budapest, Hungary, and was hosted by the Semmelweis University. The workshop focused on the physical well-bing of young athletes. Topics discussed during the workshop revolved around burnout, rest & regeneration, injury prevention etc.
