The “Guide for developing a mentoring programme on women’s access to justice for legal professionals” provides practical recommendations to strengthen the competencies of legal professionals for a more gender responsive justice response.
The “Guidance note - Framework for measuring access to justice including specific challenges facing women” presents existing research and resources on how to measure women’s access to justice. It offers to the relevant authorities, with a mandate for data collection in the judiciary, new measurement tools and a methodology for addressing the increasing needs in this area.
The ”Guide for developing a mentoring programme on women’s access to justice for legal professionals” was prepared within the framework of the Partnership for Good Governance (PGG) programme and was translated together with the "Guidance Note" within the framework of the EU and Council of Europe joint Horizontal Facility III programme – regional action on “Women’s access to justice in the Western Balkans".
