The Youth Partnership is committed to supporting the professional development of youth workers and strengthening youth organisations, in responding to emerging societal challenges through targeted actions.
Strengthening youth workers’ capacities
We will organise six evidence-based seminars to bridge daily practice with research, policy, and shared priorities of the European Commission and Council of Europe.
Key themes include:
- Young people living in rural areas
- Mental health, well-being, and resilience
- Critical thinking in the digital era
- Peace education and preparedness
To fill gaps in competence development, we will:
- Create needs-based resources where tools are lacking.
- Renew Coyote, our online youth work magazine, to showcase inspiring stories, practices, and initiatives.
Supporting youth organisations
We will host two capacity-building seminars to strengthen youth organisations in their daily work, focusing on:
- Organisational sustainability and resilience, especially in the face of shrinking civic space.
- Project management, funding, financial management, and organisational management, including updates to the T-Kits.
