Youth work trainer
Anna Yeghoyan
Trainers in the youth sector have a strong role to play in the recognition of youth work. Although the work they do is not seen by the general public, their work is directly linked to self-recognition for the whole community of practice.
Anna Yeghoyan is from Armenia. She has been working as a trainer in the youth sector for nearly two decades. Time and developments have changed the situation for trainers across Europe, from being in a position of feeling quite isolated to slowly gaining self and official recognition. Trainers recognition is improving which in turn can only benefit self-recognition in youth work.
