Back T-kit 3 - Project management

Youth projects are instrumental to developing personal and professional competences of young people and fostering their participation in political, social, economic and cultural life at local, national and European levels. The quality of these projects makes a difference for their impact on grassroots and youth-driven initiatives.

In addition to project-cycle complexities, youth project management includes the meaningful involvement of young people and important learning dimensions. In this context, this revised T-Kit aims to introduce project management to youth workers, young leaders and all relevant youth sector actors. It includes the basics of project management in six thematic contextual aspects to consider when setting up, implementing and evaluating projects. The youth participation and learning dimensions are covered across the entire T-Kit. Each section offers information, explanations, examples, applicable templates, tools, tips, links and further resources.

Whether you are new or experienced, if you are thinking of a small local initiative or big international co-operation, this T-Kit will be a useful resource to guide your work.
