Appraiser platform targets the trainers working in the youth work field. This web-based tool offers free solutions for professional development, which includes self-assessment and feedback from participants, colleagues, and organisers. The platform is based on the ETS Competence model for trainers. It is developed by the International Youth Work Trainers Guild and supported by Erasmus+ programme.
