The community of practice 

This story comes from the preparation team of the 3rd European Youth Work Convention at the German Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth and the project team at JUGEND für Europa, the National Agency for the Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps programmes in Germany. It explores the challenging process of organising the Convention, especially in the middle of the pandemic, and highlights the impact the Convention had, and is still having, on the recognition of youth work.
