After more than one year of implementation, the members of the Steering committee met the 2 July 2019 in Luxembourg for the follow-up of the Routes4U Project.
The Routes4U Steering Committee monitors the implementation of the joint programme. It is composed by representatives of the Council of Europe, the European Commission, EU macro-regional strategies, Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe.
Among the topics discussed, the activities that are being developped by Routes4U, as the branding strategy, the e-learning, the grant system and the trip planner. Projects identified as priorities by the EU macro-regional strategies (Roman Heritage (EUSAIR), Via Claudia Augusta (EUSALP), Modern Heritage/Alvar Aalto (EUSBSR), Iron Age Route and Cyril and Methodius Route (EUSDR)) also attended the meeting in order to further involve them in the implementation of the Routes4U Project.
