Within the framework of the European Union/Council of Europe co-operation initiative Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Türkiye, the Council of Europe is implementing the Action “Towards a Consolidated and More Efficient Free Legal Aid (FLA) System in North Macedonia”.
In that context, it is looking for providers of IT consultancy services to assist with the development of a software for processing FLA applications, including drafting technical specifications, overseeing the development process, and providing related services.
