Youth Work
From 2026 to 2028, our Youth Work Pillar will strengthen the European youth work community by deepening policy alignment, enhancing professional practice, and reinforcing the core identity of youth work.

We’ll turn the Convention’s key conclusions into tangible progress by focusing on its three core pillars:
- Youth work systems – Developing and co-ordinating youth work systems at European and national levels.
- Youth work environment – Enhancing the professional capacity of youth workers and strengthening youth organisations’ sustainability.
- Youth work core – Promoting recognition, ethics and visibility of youth work.
Our goal: To enhance the impact and sustainability of youth work for a stronger future.
