Артыкчылыктар программасы 2019-жылы декабрьда аяктагандан кийин, Европа Кеңеши жана кыргыз бийлиги учурда кийинки кызматташтык стратегиясын талкуулап жатышат. Ал эми ошол эле учурда, Борбор Азиядагы Укук Үстөмдүгү Программасы Европа Кеңеши менен Кыргызстандын ортосундагы кызматташтыктын негизги инструменти катары кызмат кылат.
