According to the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice Handbook for conducting satisfaction surveys, the organisation and communication of feedback to the users are an integral part of the survey process.
Following the satisfaction surveys that were held at the end of 2017 with the support of the Strengthening the Quality and Efficiency of Justice in Kosovo* (KOSEJ) Action at the Basic Courts of Gjakova, Pristina and Prizren, court users were informed properly in August on those areas of court organisation and court services areas which they have identified as requiring improvements and which courts will address with the support of the KoSEJ.
The results were widely disseminated in Albanian and Serbian on social media, local television with video clips and within the courts also with flyers. This participatory approach was positively welcomed by courts.
This activity was organised by the KoSEJ Action, funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe.
