Within the framework of the joint European Union and Council of Europe programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Türkiye”, the Council of Europe is currently implementing the action “Combating hatred and intolerance in North Macedonia”.
In this context, it is looking for providers for the provision of communication and visibility services as part of the implementation of the action activities, most notably on the raising awareness initiative on combating hate speech, to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis.
