Call for tenders for the provision of intellectual services in the implementation of CEPEJ cooperation programmes

The Council of Europe’s European commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) is launching a call for tenders for the provision of intellectual services in the implementation of its ongoing and future cooperation programmes which goals are to strenghten the efficiency and quality of the justice system of the Beneficiary on the basis of CEPEJ tools and methodology. The services concerned cover more particularly intellectual support and assistance in the fields of evaluation of judicial statistics, efficiency and judicial time management, quality of justice, cyberjustice, mediation.

Tenderers must possess a graduate university degree in law, public administration, political science, statistics, social sciences or a related field; at least five years' professional experience in fields related to the objectives of the actions to be carried out in the implementation of the CEPEJ's cooperation projects and a very good level of English and/or French (oral and written). Only bids submitted in English or French will be considered admissible.
Note that tenders must be sent to the Council of Europe both electronically and in paper hardcopy (see ARTICLE 8 – MODALITIES OF THE TENDERING of the Tender file- Part II).
The deadline for the submission of tenders is 31 January 2020.
