Within the framework of the European Union/Council of Europe joint programme "Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022" and its action on “Quality education for all”, the Council of Europe Office in Sarajevo is launching a call for consultancy services.
In this context, it is looking for a provider with a particular expertise in media and communication to support the implementation of the action.
