The Council of Europe, in the framework of its partnership with the European Commission in the field of youth, produces numerous graphic, multimedia and audiovisual materials, including infographics, online articles, podcast episodes, graphic recordings, illustrations, photographs, live-action and animated videos. In that context, it is looking for Providers for the provision of graphic, multimedia and audiovisual services.
