Action Plan for performance of the National Youth Strategy

Methodological approach: 
Evaluation implies the creation of a questionnaire for holders and participants of activities from the Action Plan for performing National Youth Strategy, as a basic research method for collecting the necessary data on the implementation of activities. In addition to the questionnaire, data for successful development of the evaluation were provided by the Ministry of Youth and Sports through submission of reports of bodies, reports on realized projects which Ministry supported, and which were implemented by youth associations, local governments, international partners as well as report on the work of the Ministry for 2020. The request for submission of the report was sent to the addresses of 170 local self-governments, 1,600 youth associations, all holders and partners from the Action Plan, as well as to the addresses of international partners. The research was conducted using basic scientific research methods. In addition to the data collected by the questionnaire, a desk analysis was performed.
