Within the framework of Routes4U, four branding strategies have been planned by independent experts, one for each macro-region, aiming at increasing the visibility of both the Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe and the macro-region concerned, underlining their specificity as cultural tourism destinations.
In that context, the Council of Europe is looking for a Provider to implement the branding strategies related to cultural heritage and tourism (products and services) in the 4 macro-regions. Based on the existing four branding strategies planned by the independent experts, the provider will be in charge of:
- Graphic charter
- Label of local products
- Tourism catalogue
The catalogue will include the tourism products and services provided by the Council of Europe. The provider must ensure the copy-editing, layout, translation in 9 other linguistic versions, selection of photos, printing (1000 copies) and dissemination of the catalogue. - Tourism web content
The provider will integrate the content of the tourism catalogue in the existing digital platform at https://routes4u.culture-routes.net/region/ - Communication plan
Tenders proposing a fee above the exclusion level (total fee of 35000 EUR maximum) will be entirely and automatically excluded from the tender procedure.
