U zavisnosti od potreba i prioriteta pojedinačnih korisnika, rad u ovoj oblasti se koncentriše na podršku institucijama ombudsmana, inkluzivno obrazovanje (bavljenje pitanjima rasizma, maltretiranja, segregacije i ekstremizma u obrazovnom sistemu, korupcijom u obrazovanju), bavljenje trgovinom ljudima (sa fokusom na pomoć žrtvama trgovine ljudima), suzbijanje diskriminacije nacionalnih manjina i/ili kada je zasnovana na seksualnoj orijentaciji ili rodnom identitetu.
