The awareness raising initiative to prevent illicit cross-border transportation of cash in Albania, will kick off on 11 December 2023 in the premises of Rinas Airport, from 10.00-11.00 AM, in a public event organised by the Albanian Customs Directorate and State Police with the support of European Union, Council of Europe and German Government.  During this activity a package of measures aimed at strengthening the capabilities of Albanian law enforcement agencies in preventing and detecting illicit movement of cash across Albanian borders will be officially presented to the public.
