A workshop designed to cover the essentials of effective strategic planning for the Center for Training in Judiciary and State Prosecution took place on 20-21 February 2018 in Budva, Montenegro. 

Members of the governing board and of the working group for the development of the Strategy and Action plan of the Center for Training actively participated in the interactive workshop which focused on the strategic planning, as the essential system guiding the judicial training institution into the future by setting realistic and focused goals.

The workshop provided a range of recognised strategic analysis tools and techniques, inspired participants to consider the current organisation, position and values of the Center and define its vision and the future goals. The main objectives of the workshop were to enable the participants to define the most important segments of the strategic document: clear vision, mission, values and strategic goals for development of the Strategy of the Center for Training in Judiciary and State Prosecution.

The workshop was organised as part of the Action “Accountability of the Judicial System in Montenegro", jointly funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe.
