Within the framework of the European Union and Council of Europe joint programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Türkiye”, the Council of Europe is currently implementing the action “Towards an equal, inclusive and tolerant Bosnia and Herzegovina’’.
In this context, it is looking for Providers for the provision of communication services related to the implementation of a local No Hate Speech awareness raising initiative in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
