To enhance public understanding of the Administrative Court's role in overseeing the lawful conduct of public authorities, a brochure detailing the essential Court’s work and functions was recently published in Montenegrin, Serbian, Bosnian, Albanian, and Croatian, as well as Romani and English.

The brochure represents a valuable source of information in various languages about the Court’s competencies, enabling individuals, support organisations and parties in administrative disputes to have access to crucial information about the Court's functions and services, regardless of their linguistic background.

The brochure strides towards a more inclusive and equitable legal environment, providing insight into the types of cases the Court handles, including judicial reviews and appeals against decisions made by public authorities and affecting the rights of citizens. It serves as a guide to the Court’s procedures, providing information on necessary documentation and legal requirements for filing a case as well as relevant contact information, available to those interacting with the Administrative Court.

The brochure is available for download on the Horizontal Facility website and at the website of the Administrative Court. Printed copies are available at the premises of the Administrative Court (Bulevar Svetog Petra Cetinjskog 130, Podgorica).

The brochure has been designed and disseminated in close collaboration with the Administrative Court of Montenegro, Montenegrin Legal Interpreters and Translators’ Association and Non-Governmental Organisation Phiren Amenca, with support of the action  "Strengthening accountability of the judicial system and enhancing protection of victims' rights in Montenegro" which is part of the joint European Union and Council of Europe Programme Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Türkiye.
