The Bulletin of the Administrative Court of Montenegro is made available to professionals and the general public. The Bulletin contains the most relevant case-law, thus providing the legal community with objective summaries of the issues and arguments pertinent to the work of the Administrative Court. In other words, this Bulletin highlights the judgments and decisions which either raise new issues or important matters of general interest.

The joint European Union/Council of Europe action "Improved procedural safeguards in judicial proceedings in Montenegro" supported the development of the Bulletin with the aim to contribute to further harmonising judicial practices at the national level. As such, it serves as a useful tool in the work of practitioners involved in administrative proceedings and administrative disputes – judges, lawyers, public legal authorities, and other legal professionals.

The action "Improved procedural safeguards in judicial proceedings in Montenegro" is a part of the joint EU/Council of Europe programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022”.
