Nowadays, peer learning is considered to be one of the most effective and powerful learning methods in terms of knowledge sharing, exchange and mutual cooperation. Considering its positive effects, our Action will organise 3 peer learning events that will take place in Berat, Durres and Vlore respectively on 30-31 March, 6-7 April and 13-14 April 2018. More than 100 teachers from 21 pilot schools in Albania will exchange ideas and practices, foster exchange, dialogue, cooperation and build networks that will remain active even after the duration of the project.

These events will significantly contribute to strengthening the process of developing anti-bullying school policies in the 21 pilot schools involved. It'll be achieved using participatory and inclusive approach in the events' formulation, whose completion is the focus of this year’s Action. In addition, these events will serve as a platform for sharing good practices and lessons learnt especially from the anti-bullying open days and raising awareness events held in October 2017, which were very successful in terms of school engagement and raising awareness within the local community.

These events will be organised as part of the joint European Union/Council of Europe Horizontal Facility Action “Fighting bullying and extremism in the education system in Albania”.
