The third annual meeting of the beneficiaries and partners of the European Union and Council of Europe joint programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Türkiye” will take place on Wednesday, 20 November 2025 at 9:00h in Skopje / North Macedonia.
*This designation is without prejudice to positions on status, and is in line with UNSCR 1244 and the ICJ Opinion on the Kosovo Declaration of Independence.
