The Council of Europe is currently implementing the action “Promoting efficient functioning of state institutions and public administration” as part of the joint initiative of the European Union and the Council of Europe - Central Asia Rule of Law Programme 2020-2023. In that context, it is looking for a provider for organisation of the international conference “Adversarial trial and equality of arms in criminal proceedings”, in co-operation with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 8-9 December 2022 in Astana, Kazakhstan.
