İlgili faydalanıcıların ihtiyaç ve önceliklerine göre, bu alanda yürütülecek çalışmalarda kamu denetçiliği kurumlarının desteklenmesi, kapsayıcı eğitim (eğitim sisteminde ırkçılık, zorbalık, ayrıştırma ve aşırıcılık konularını ele alarak), insan ticareti (insan ticareti mağdurlarına destek konusuna odaklanılarak), ulusal azınlıklara karşı ve/veya cinsel yönelim veya toplumsal cinsiyet kimliğine dayalı ayrımcılıkla mücadele konularına yoğunlaşılacaktır.

Under the framework of the European Union/Council of Europe joint programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022”, and its action on “Quality education for all” in Montenegro, the Council of Europe is launching a call for proposals with the aim to co-fund local school-based projects to promote a democratic education environment with the involvement of the local community.
