Солҳои охир Қазоқистон вобаста ба доираи васеи масъалаҳо бо Шӯрои Аврупо, махсусан дар чаҳорчӯбаи Афзалиятҳои ҳамкориҳои ҳамсоявӣ барои Қазоқистон барои солҳои 2014-2018 фаъолона ҳамкорӣ кардааст. Дар доираи ин Афзалиятҳо барномаи бузурги ҳамкории ҳукумати Қазоқистон "Дастгирии ҳукумати Қазоқистон дар баланд бардоштани сифат ва самаранокии низоми адолати судӣ" татбиқ гардид.
“Афзалиятҳои ҳамкории Шӯрои Аврупо ва Қазоқистон дар чаҳорчӯби сиёсати ҳамсоягӣ, солҳои 2019-2022” санади чаҳорчӯбаи навбвтиест, ки самтҳо ва ҳадафҳои ҳамкориҳои дуҷонибаро муайян мекунад. Он бархӯрди ҷадидтаре дошта, самтҳои нави ҳамкорӣ, бахусус мубориза бо ҷиноятҳои иқтисодӣ, пешбурди фазои ягонаи ҳуқуқӣ ва меъёрҳои ҳуқуқи инсон, ҳамкорӣ дар соҳаи ислоҳоти интихоботро ҷорӣ мекунад. Барномаи волоияти ҳуқуқ дар Осиёи Марказӣ ба ноил шудан ба ҳадафҳое, ки дар Афзалиятҳои ҳамкорӣ муайян шудаанд, мусоидат мекунад.
Кишвар инчунин дар барномаи муштараки Иттиҳоди Аврупо/Шӯрои Аврупо “Дастгирии ислоҳоти қонунгузории интихоботӣ ва амалияи интихоботӣ, инчунин санадҳо ва механизмҳои минтақавии ҳуқуқи инсон дар кишварҳои Америкаи Лотинӣ, Осиёи Марказӣ ва Муғулистон" иштирок мекунад.
