On 19-20 October 2015 the Council of Europe Economic Crime and Cooperation Unit held a two day workshop on International Cooperation for law enforcement and criminal justice sector representatives of Eastern Partnership countries. Participants were introduced to modalities of informal and formal cooperation, challenges with getting cooperation from abroad and ways how to overcome such challenges, good practices in international cooperation, and sources of assistance. The second day of the workshop was dedicated to analysis of a hypothetical case reliant on evidence located abroad.
