Two training courses for clerks and assistant judges on preventing discrimination will be held in Chisinau on 12 and 13 May
The training courses will cover the concept and forms of discrimination, and the protection offered under the European Convention on Human Rights and the Revised European Social Charter. Emphasis will be also put on specifics and obstacles in the process of the examination of discrimination cases.
This training is organized within the framework of the Council of Europe and European Union join project “Supporting national efforts for prevention and combating discrimination in Moldova”, organized in cooperation with the National Institute of Justice of the Republic of Moldova.
