The Council of Europe and its European Human Rights Training Programme for Legal Professionals (HELP), in collaboration with its partners, in particular the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication, the Royal Gendarmerie and the National Observatory for the Rights of the Child, organised the national certification of the HELP course on "child-friendly justice" for 40 participants.
The HELP course on "child-friendly justice" was launched in November 2021. It was developed interactively, using the HELP methodology in close cooperation with the Council of Europe's Children's Rights Division, the team of the Council of Europe's Special Representative for Migration and Refugees and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. It is currently available free of charge in Arabic on the HELP platform, where a certificate of completion can be generated.
