Call for Tenders: Providing direct support to 50 Roma individuals/families in the process of housing and land legalisation in Kosovo*

The Council of Europe is implementing the Roma Integration III Joint Programme of the European Union and Council of Europe, aiming to strengthen the government capacities in the Western Balkans and Türkiye to address the challenges faced by Roma communities. The initiative focuses on public policy development in housing, employment, education, and other areas.

As part of this programme, the Council of Europe is seeking Providers to offer direct support to 50 Roma individuals/families in the process of housing and land legalisation in Kosovo. 

Tenders must be submitted by 7 April 2025, 16:00 CET

The contract is expected to commence on 15 April 2025.
