The Council of Europe is implementing the Roma Integration III Joint Programme of the European Union and Council of Europe, aiming to strengthen government capacities in the Western Balkans and Türkiye to address challenges faced by Roma communities. The initiative focuses on public policy development in housing, employment, education, and other areas.

As part of this programme, the Council of Europe is seeking Providers to assist central-level institutions in the Western Balkans and Türkiye in preparing, drafting, and submitting funding proposals for EU, IPA, and other relevant funding tools.

Tenders must be submitted by 31 March 2025, 23:59 CET

The contract is expected to commence on 25 April 2025.
