On 2 August, the working meeting of Mstislav Local Stakeholders Group at the Crafts Local House. The meeting focused on three main issues:

the results of the 1st COMUS study visit to Bamberg,   

the results of the survey and final SWOT analyses on current social and economic conditions of Mstislav and,

the identification of the priority areas of development of  five  foreground rehabilitation projects for Mstislav.

Ms. Alla Stashkevich, the Project Officer and Ms. Natallia Biskup, the Project Manager introduced the most successful practices for the mobilization of citizens for the preservation of heritage, its promotion and transmission from generation to generation, raised during the Study Visit in Bamberg. Each participant expressed their opinion and how their experiences could be applied for  Mstislav' future  development.

A similar workshop with local young people will take place in September. All these actions should contribute to draw a common vision for Mstislav and identify key priorities to be developed.
