As part of the community-involvement activities, in the beginning of September 2016, the COMUS team in Moldova launched the creative contest for children “Cultural landmarks of Soroca”. The contest aimed to raise awareness about local heritage values among children and was organized in collaboration with local schools.
The action ended with the inauguration of the exhibition organized on 30 September during the European Heritage Days initiative, and which was hosted by the Soroca College of Arts “Nicolae Botgros”. 24 participants exhibited their paintings and the best works were awarded. The event helped to promote the COMUS activities and to increase the visibility of the project among a wider community.
