The Council of Europe is implementing the Roma Integration III Joint Programme in partnership with the European Union to strengthen the capacity of governments in the Western Balkans and Türkiye to address challenges faced by Roma communities. This initiative focuses on developing and implementing public policies in various sectors, including housing, employment, education, combating antigypsyism green and digital transition.

Roma Integration III is seeking a Provider to deliver consultancy services for preparing a regional overview and assessment reports on the impact of employment and self-employment measures on Roma beneficiaries in the Western Balkans and Türkiye.

This contract is expected to cover activities starting from 16 December 2024 until the complete execution of the parties' obligations. Tenders should be submitted to [email protected] by 10 December 2024, 23:59 CET.
