The Council of Europe is implementing the Roma Integration III Joint Programme of the European Union and Council of Europe, aiming to strengthen government capacities in the Western Balkans and Türkiye to address challenges faced by Roma communities. The initiative focuses on public policy development in housing, employment, education, and other areas.

As part of this programme, the Council of Europe is seeking Providers to conduct a Feasibility Study on housing conditions in 10 Roma settlements in Albania. The study will assess housing needs, analyse site suitability, and propose sustainable solutions.

Tenders must be submitted by 7 March 2025, 16:00 CET

The contract is expected to commence on 14 March 2025.
