Soňky ýyllarda Gazagystan, esasan hem, 2014-2018-nji ýyllar üçin Gazagystanyň Goňşyçylyk Hyzmatdaşlygynyň ileri tutulýan ugurlarynyň çäginde has giň meseleler boýunça Ýewropa Geňeşi bilen işjeň hyzmatdaşlyklar etdi. Bu ileri tutulýan ugurlaryň çäginde “Gazagystanyň Häkimiýetlerine Goldaw” atly uly hyzmatdaşlyk maksatnamasy durmuşa geçirildi.
Gazagystanyň 2019-2022-nji ýyllar üçin Gazagystanyň Goňşyçylyk hyzmatdaşlygynyň ileri tutulýan ugurlary, ikitaraplaýyn hyzmatdaşlygyň ugurlaryny we maksatlaryny kesgitleýän iň soňky düzülen resminamadyr. Ol has hyjuwly çemeleşmäni öz içine alýar we hyzmatdaşlygyň täze ugurlaryny, hususan-da ykdysady jenaýata garşy göreşmek, Ählumumy Kanuny Giňişligini we adam hukuklary standartlaryny öňe sürmek we saýlaw pudagyna kömek bermek arkaly tanadýar. Häzirki Merkezi Aziýada Kanunyň Hökmürowanlygy Maksatnamasy ileri tutulýan ugurlarda kesgitlenen maksatlara ýetmäge goşant goşýar.
Şeýle hem bu döwlet, Ýewropa Bileleşigi we Ýewropa Geňeşiniň “Latyn Amerika, Merkezi Aziýa we Mongoliýa ýurtlarynda saýlaw kanunçylygynyň we tejribesiniň, Adam Hukuklarynyň sebitleýin gurallarynyň we mehanizmleriniň özgertmelerine goldaw” atly bilelikdäki maksatnamasyna gatnaşýar.
