The Tunisian national authority against trafficking re-examines the human trafficking structure and its victims

The Council of Europe delivered the second training module on trafficking in human beings on 20-21 April 2017 in Tunis.  "Victims of trafficking in human beings" was the central theme of the module which was moderated by Ms Salma Abida, Chargé de mission at the Ministry of Justice of Tunisia and Mr Charles-Eric Clesse, an expert at the Council of Europe.

The session was attended by the 16 members of the newly established national authority against trafficking in human beings and some 14 professionals working in this particular field. Participants explored the different forms of exploitation, the characteristics of victims and networks of trafficking through a series of concrete national and international examples.
