The project will be composed of different activities grouped in three pillars: 

• Pillar 1: Data collection and analysis on existing safety and service arrangements and good practices, through questionnaires and interviews;
• Pillar 2: Awareness-raising workshops and training/capacity-building seminars addressed respectively to all delegations of CoE member States and to national experts;
• Pillar 3: Guidance, promotion and visibility on safety and service.
