Within the framework of the Joint Project, the Council of Europe organized seven Workshops on Project Implementation, Monitoring, Reporting and Evaluation for representatives of the 36 selected municipalities.

The aim of the workshops was to support the effective implementation of the small grants within the 36 municipalities, through further developing the skills and knowledge required for improved planning and monitoring of project activities; and to ensure realistic goal setting and appropriate review/modification of the ongoing activity plans. The workshop also helped to determine the need for detailed and ongoing risk assessment in order to identify and mitigate threats to the project implementation, as well as review key issues related to financial and narrative reporting.

The workshops took place in all seven Beneficiaries of the Project between January and mid-March 2015.
