Brief desciption of the resource/practice:
The CNOSF's survey of federations' governing bodies in 2021 revealed that an additional 300 positions would need to be filled by women to achieve parity; parity made mandatory by 2024 with the March 2, 2022 law aimed at democratizing sport in France. The CNOSF was committed to identifying, promoting and supporting a significant number of women by 2024, so that they can take up positions of responsibility.
Therefore, the CNOSF created the “300 Club”, 300 women executives, a comprehensive support program for the female leaders of tomorrow's sports movement (through coaching, meetings, training, networking).
Two promotion of 300 women leaders have been accompanied in 2023 and 2024.
