Brief desciption of the resource/practice:
The main aim of this work is to offer the media basic suggestions or guidelines to improve the treatment of sports information incorporating gender mainstreaming.
It includes a poster named “Decalogue” with ten concrete recommendations.
The work begins by showing the treatment given to female sports by the media, as well as the most common stereotypes, offering some advice to combat them.
The last part of the work is aimed to theoretical basis whose purpose is to make the sports media be aware of the need to train on gender mainstreaming.
