Brief desciption of the resource/practice: 

Although we have had a protocol for the prevention, detection and response to sexual abuse and harassment since 2014, it was updated in 2020.

This new protocol was motivated by the need to deepen the prevention, detection and response to sexual violence in sport, to promote social awareness in this area and to extend the principles of protection to all levels of sport with a call for universality.

The text establishes a more agile and simpler procedure for action in this type of situation, deepens the content and expands the resources for prevention and action. In this sense, it includes new recommendations and codes of good practice that allow for the internal and external protection of all members of federations against any type of situation of sexual violence.
