Brief desciption of the resource/practice:
The HFF enhances and promotes gender equality through its grassroots development program, "Pass to Schools – Next Generation." This project focuses on providing educational updates and guidance on gender equality within school communities. It includes fair play festivals and sessions where all participants, regardless of gender, are included.
Additionally, there is a specific connection between the Football in Schools project and the UEFA Playmaker program for children aged 5-8, as well as the” It’s a Woman’s Game” program for children aged 9-12. These programs aim to promote football among girls, emphasizing the importance of
their participation on par with boys, and upholding the highest standards.
The two initiatives dedicated to promoting the game among girls feature fair play festivals, updates, and the provision of materials to ensure inclusivity and support for female players.
