Brief desciption of the resource/practice:
This law, adopted on March 2, 2022, covers three main areas: developing the practice of sport for as many people as possible, renewing the governance of sports federations and ensuring a virtuous economic model for the sector.
The law, as adopted, renews the governance of sports federations by imposing progressive parity in the governing bodies. From 2024 onwards, national bodies will have to include 50% women. Local bodies will have an additional four years.
