How do I search the collection of practices and resources?
A filter system is available on the right side, so that you can make your own selection by the main topic addressed, the country where the practice is implemented, the type of resource and the discipline.

Brief desciption of the resource/practice:
- Increased the number of women on the Federation’s Board to include up to 5 female members.
- Promoted sailing through the introduction of a Sailing Festival, featuring a variety of boats, including small racing/fun boats, parasailing, and offshore vessels.
- The Hellenic Sailing Federation (HSF) organized and conducted Technical Courses for High-Performance Coaches, ensuring 50% participation by women coaches. Currently, they are preparing to implement an Umpiring Seminar Clinic aimed at encouraging more women to take on leadership roles in sailing.
