Brief desciption of the resource/practice:

The HFF enhances and promotes gender equality through their grassroots development programs, "Hello Football Friend" and "Play-Enjoy-Learn" (UEFA Grassroots Leaders course – UEFA D). These programs involve educational updates and guidance on gender equality for grassroots football coaches and leaders, as well as fair play festivals and training sessions that include everyone (both boys and girls) without exclusion. The importance of gender equality is highlighted and addressed in the grassroots community through the UEFA D courses (safeguarding topic). The safeguarding policy has been created and is also available on the HFF website (free access for all).
